Vero and Jose met working in the hospitality industry and quickly realized how naturally they collaborate. After several events together, they started talking about creating something outside of what clients usually hire them for — something that could be a creative outlet.

Jose brings years of chef experience and a love for thoughtful menus. Vero brings a passion for gathering people and creating meaningful moments around the table.

Together they created Friday Night Dinner, a dinner series designed to feel like more than just a meal. Each gathering is built around a different idea, menu, or theme.
