My name is Veronica, and welcome to my “rinconcito,” or “little corner,” of the internet!

As a millennial recovering from aspirations to become America’s next female corporate boss baddie, you can find me doing all things that require slowing down, being present, savoring the moment, etc. So if any of those resonate, you’re probably my people.

And honestly, even if they don’t resonate with you, you’re probably my people, too, because that’s basically my personality.

In 2023, alongside my husband and the rest of my family, I started my dream business, Cafecito Mio, with the hopes of sharing what we call Cafecito Moments with my community. We still make magic all around Central Florida, but the hustle of running a small biz left me wanting for the biggest why behind starting my business—creating moments that help us connect with ourselves and each other.

Vero’s Rinconcito is my way of filling in that gap for myself, and creating moments and sharing content that encourage you to connect with yourself and those around you.

With my undergraduate degree in Event Management, and a master’s in Public Administration, you can easily see how I’m practically built to share a vibrant take on cozy living and meaningful gathering.
