Friday Night Dinner began from a shared love of working together. Jose and Vero bring different strengths to the table, and when they collaborate, the process feels natural and easy. This supper club grew out of that dynamic—a place to cook, host, and create something together that reflects both of them.

The dinners are built around the kind of Friday night that invites people to slow down. Guests gather at a shared table, enjoy a meal cooked with care, and settle into the evening without rushing. The focus is on good food, thoughtful pacing, and the simple pleasure of sitting down together.

Menus change from dinner to dinner, but the intention remains the same: an evening that feels warm, relaxed, and worth lingering over.

About the hosts

Jose cooks with a focus on seasonal ingredients and personal expression. His food is grounded and thoughtful, guided by what he’s excited to cook and share, rather than trends or spectacle.

Veronica is the founder of Cafecito Mio, a hospitality-focused coffee cart rooted in warmth, care, and community. At her core, she’s a host—deeply attentive to how people feel in a space, how they’re welcomed, and how an experience unfolds around the table. Creating moments of connection comes naturally to her, whether through coffee or a shared meal.

Together, Jose and Veronica host Friday Night Dinner as a creative project—bringing their shared love of food, hospitality, and gathering into an experience that feels intentional, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.
